1. Guests of the spa are required to be 18 years old. Guests under 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.

2. The Optimum Health Wellness Center building is a non-smoking and no junk food facility, in keeping with our wellness philosophy.

3. Alcohol is not served or permitted in the facility or on the premises.

4. Cell phone use should be put on silent or vibration mode in the Wellness Center.

5. OHI Spa offers a variety of membership options. For additional information on the benefits of membership, please contact our spa manager at (601) 366-7447.

6. A spa attendant is on hand to assist you throughout your visit.

7. OHI retail shop is located in the spa and features the products used in our treatments as well as high quality vitamins, supplements, gifts and other anti-aging resources.

8. Gratuities. If you are pleased with your service and desire to tip your therapist, you can do so directly with cash or you can tip with a check or credit card at the front desk.

9. When scheduling your appointment for a massage service, every effort will be made to accommodate you with your preference for appointment time, massage type and gender of therapist.

10. To keep on schedule without feeling rushed, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled service.

11. If you plan to use the fitness room, please bring your own exercise clothing. Closed toed athletic shoes must be worn in the fitness area. You will be required to sign a release of liability form before using the equipment.

12. When checking in for your treatment, you will be given slippers, a robe and a locker key to secure your personal items while you use the spa facility. OHI is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

13. Cancellation Policy: A credit/debit card is required to book any service at OHI. There is a $30.00 cancellation fee if you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled service(s). You will be charged the full price for the service(s) if you fail to show up for your appointment.

If a client has a gift card and cancels after the allotted 24 hour period OHI will deduct a $30 cancellation fee from the gift card. If the gift card holder doesn’t show up for their service, OHI will deduct the entire amount of the service from the card.

14. A credit card deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve two or more services.

15. Late arrivals: If you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so it will not interfere with the next person’s scheduled appointment. Again, arriving 15 minutes before your treatment is highly recommended.

16. Intoxicated patrons are not permitted to receive spa services
